3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information. Email address and phone number supplied during account registration may not be editable after signup.

4. Role Use

Users, hosts, and partners must use the platform according to their assigned role. Misuse of role privileges, false submissions, or misleading content may lead to suspension or removal.

5. Content Moderation

DUNDA reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, remove, or delay any event, recap, or ad submission. Admin is the only publishing authority on the platform.

6. Packages and Payments

Host packages and partner packages are separate. Package selection may require payment submission through transaction code confirmation. Payment status may remain pending until verified by admin.

7. Ads and External Links

Popup ads and banner ads may contain CTA links provided by partners. DUNDA may place, rotate, or remove ads according to platform rules and admin decisions.

8. Engagement and Metrics

Visible like counts and analytics shown on the platform are subject to admin control. DUNDA may track user actions including likes, map clicks, share clicks, ticket clicks, and ad clicks.

9. Prohibited Use

Users may not upload harmful, illegal, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized content. Platform abuse, impersonation, spam, or misuse of business features is prohibited.

10. Liability

DUNDA is provided as a moderated digital platform and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Platform operators are not liable for losses caused by third-party links, external ticketing services, or unauthorized third-party actions.

11. Changes to Terms

DUNDA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
